Introduction
Attorney Kelly Klun is successful because she listens to her client’s needs and objectives. She practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and business. Her practice covers a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with particular focus on land use and business related development agreements. As for estate planning, she works with families and individuals to ensure that their wishes are achieved and that the estate plan, whether it be a will or trust, is properly carried out. In addition, Kelly routinely prepares health care directives, financial powers of attorney, and beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement plans for her clients.
Finally, she works with entrepreneurs and dynamic businesses. Her broad strategic thinking skills help her clients achieve success in all phases of their development and growth. Kelly provides legal services throughout Minnesota, however, her primary service area includes northern Minnesota and the communities of Virginia, Hibbing, Ely, Grand Rapids, Bemidji, Cloquet, International Falls, and Duluth.
Kelly also serves her community as the Ely city attorney and she is involved in several community volunteer organizations. She is an active outdoors enthusiast and you will often find her biking, or spending free time, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying time with her family and friends.
