Introduction
 
For over 35 years, Attorney Fletcher Freeman has been dually licensed as both an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to moving to Ely, Fletcher was a Trial Court Judge in Dallas, Texas for 21 years.  Fletcher provides individuals and families with the tools they need to plan for the protection and distribution of their assets to the next generation. Fletcher practices in the areas of trusts and wills (from simple to complex), trust administration, domestic partnership agreements, business and succession planning for family owned and closely held businesses. Fletcher provides legal services throughout Minnesota, however, his primary service area includes northern Minnesota and the communities of Virginia, Hibbing, Ely, Grand Rapids, Bemidji, Cloquet, International Falls, and Duluth.
