Kersten J. Mickle
Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Kersten joined Klun Law Firm in 2024 as the Receptionist/Legal Assistant and works closely with our attorneys and staff. She brings many years of customer service to Klun Law Firm and is eager to help others, which will make her a great addition to the team.
Kersten’s background is in health insurance, working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota for 6 years as a customer service representative for the Medicare members and understands the importance of confidentiality. She assisted members regarding their health insurance from billing and benefits to understanding their insurance for upcoming visits. She is now bringing her experience and compassion to our team.
Kersten is originally from Soudan, then spent half her childhood in the Twin Cities. She returned to the Iron Range in 2016 to be closer to family. When not at work, Kersten can be found in a hockey arena, baseball stadium or football field embracing the active mom lifestyle with two athletic sons.
